SCRIPTURE: “Oh God, You have taught me from my youth, and to this day I declare Your Wondrous works!” (Psalms 71:17)

VISION: The youth will build fellowship with God through Bible Study at Church and at home, Worship of God for themselves, Fellowship with other Christian youth, Witnessing to those who don’t know Christ and Outreaching to those with needs.

We are dedicated to reaching youth ages 6 months to 18 years old. We are a children-friendly church with developed teams that minister to our young people where they are and lead them to a thriving relationship with Christ. We hold fast to the belief that "a child saved is a soul saved plus a life." Living Word is designed and structured aorund children. We provide a safe, secure, nuturing environment where every child is engaged and involved. Under Chosen Generation falls three umbrellas: Destiny Kids (geared towards our 6 months to 3-year-olds), J.A.M., or Jesus and Me, which is dedicated to our 4-year-olds to 5th graders) and Teen Alive, which includes our 6th to 12th graders.

Destiny Kids

The Destiny Kids Ministry realizes the unlimited potential in every child. The nursery provides quality care in a safe learning environment as well as childcare during major events so that parents can focus and babies can feel safe and learn. The Toddlers’ Room offers lessons about Jesus and engages each child to build on their uniqueness.

J.a.m. 

The J.A.M. Ministry offers active, engaging lessons about Jesus through music, games, coloring, puzzles and more! Children's Church is held every Sunday at 10:45am in house! Every 1st Saturday of every month, the J.A.M. children come together for a “Super Saturday” event.

The Word of God is taught through interactive teachings using technology, music and verbal discussions. Teen Church is held every Sunday at 10:45am in house. Teen Sunday School is every Sunday at 9:20am on in-house and on Zoom. Wednesday nights offer an impactful Bible Study for teens starting at 7:00pm, which is also on Zoom. The teens are taught the importance of serving others through community outreach and teen mission opportunities.
